Also, since Fall 2024, we’ve joined a cohort Youth Group with Trinity UMC and Beverly Hills UMC in Alexandria!
All students from 6th through 12th grade are invited to in-person gatherings on Sundays from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at Trinity UMC or Beverly Hills UMC. We begin with a meal, play games, and then break out into small groups of 6th – 8th and 9th – 12th graders. We will learn, grow, serve, and have fun together.
We are also participating in local service and mission opportunities, the Northern Virginia District Youth retreats, and the Virginia Annual Conference events.
Confirmation Classes are offered every other year. The next one is scheduled for Spring or Summer 2027.

Youth Ministry
Beginning fall 2026, we are launching a new Youth Small Group on Sunday mornings from 9:30 – 10:20 AM!
This is for all youth from 6th through 12th grade. This is not a Bible study. Of course, we will talk about faith and read the Bible, but this time is also for building relationships, sharing life, and supporting one another in the challenging youth years, so our youth can have their own faith journeys and relationships within the church, beyond those coordinated by their parents. Youth years are all about discovering and building their identities and growing into the mature person whom God intends them to become. This small group will support that journey!
